- This ticket is for adults.
- After confirmation of reservation, it is valid for 180 days and used for once.
- Children 6 years or below can join for free, yet need valid proof and must be accompanied by the payable adults. (Available for up to 2, and exceeding this regulation, you have to pay half of the price).
- Ages 7-12 years old or 65 and over need to have valid ID to join the bus at half price.
- No food and smoking allowed.
- No standing seating is allowed on the double-decker for Taipei Sightseeing Hop-on and off the bus. Please fasten your belt while remaining in your seat.
- Please note we do not re-issue your loss of e-ticket. Tips. Save it on your smartphone or print out your e-voucher.
- Please keep your small luggage or belongings under the seats, and avoid disturbing another guest. If you have large luggage, please follow the instructions of the staff to store your luggage.
- Each bus has a charging area, so you can use it freely.
- An English-speaking guide will join you on the bus. Plus, an audio guide is available in English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai.
- Only available to use on the selected dates, and no refund or change can be made for unused tickets.
- The ticket is valid for a year from the purchase date; after the date, you cannot use it.

It said the voucher would arrive a day later, but it arrived right away! It was nice to be able to use it conveniently at a discounted price. We were disappointed that we had to do this on the last day, but I think it would be good to use it when looking around on the first day. However, the detailed explanation of each place was not enough, so I ended up listening to it with earphones.
