• This new shuttle service is only available to Super Class ferry ticketholders. The ticket must be presented to board the bus.

1. When can I receive my voucher?

The voucher will be issued within 24 business hours after payment. WAUG's customer service will contact you if the ticket for your desired date and time is sold out.

2. Is this a round-trip ticket?

No. This is a one-way ticket. However, you can get a round-trip transfer by purchasing 2 one-way tickets.

3. Can I change the time of my ferry ride?

No, schedule changes cannot be made for this product. If you purchased at 11:30 AM ticket for the 24th, you must get on that ferry. Please arrive at the ferry terminal at least 30 minutes before boarding to collect your physical ticket.

4. Is there a child ticket?

This ticket is an adult ticket. Child tickets can be purchased on-site.

5. How do I check in my baggage?

Your baggage can be checked in by presenting a baggage sticker at the terminal.
